One record, gathered through multiple paths
A complete history rarely sits in one place, so we reach it through more than one path:
- Direct EHR integrations. The patient signs in with the login they already use (MyChart and its equivalents) and authorizes access to their chart.
- Health information exchanges. The patient verifies their identity, and we pull their records from the exchange.
Using both together returns more of a patient's real history than any single source would, normalized into one structure you can build on.
