Personal injury cases live or die on a complete medical history across every provider a client saw after an injury (the ER, imaging, orthopedics, physical therapy, primary care). The providers on electronic networks were reachable, but the long tail of smaller, unconnected offices was a gap the platform could not close on its own.
For that long tail, firms fell back on per-record retrieval vendors or paralegals chasing offices by phone and fax. It took hours of manual effort per case, cost real money, and records still came back incomplete. Missing visits stalled settlements, and a complete record materially improved case value.
How we partnered.
We embedded through the platform's API to close the long-tail gap. Electronic integrations (EHR and HIE) pulled records wherever a provider was on a network, with patient identity verified through a Hubble-generated link. For offices on no electronic network at all, voice agents called and requested the records directly.
Consent rode on the signed release firms already collect in the retainer packet (forwarded to Hubble or handled through a Hubble consent link). Everything came back normalized into one structured chronology with a gap analysis (date ranges and providers per record) so the firm could see exactly what was missing. Where a case needed a filing-ready document, Hubble also generated a PDF of the record in whatever format the firm required. The platform just displayed the result.
